Tommy is a real treat both from the perspective of his energy and his terrific attitude. His positive and constructive nature already has him busier than some of his friends who entered the Real Estate Profession at the same time. Tommy recently had a transaction where the property didn’t pass the Structural and Mechanical Inspection well and really felt that this home was not the right one for his Client. He tenaciously pursued the cancellation until it was granted by the Sellers who were not open to the retraction. At the end of the day, Tommy handled the whole experience with such intelligence that the negotiations ended pleasantly and his Buyer is now in her new home.
